Homemade Granola Recipe

Happy Sunday!

It’s kind of a cool, cloudy morning, so I thought what better way to warm up is some baking. Not just any baking, but baking up some granola that smells like Fall and Christmas all rolled into one. Tastes Amazing as well too! Let’s get into this recipe!

*Everything is customizable on this recipe depending on the size of the batch you want to make.

  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • chia seeds
  • honey
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil

What you do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the seeds and the oats in large bowl. Spread out on baking sheet, then message in the coconut oil to coat the seeds and oats mix. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Add desired amount of cinnamon & honey to coat the top of the mix. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

This recipe is as easy as a Sunday Morning 😉 see what I did there. I have been making this granola to add to Greek yogurt or to make an occasional acai bowl (pictured below)

Processed with VSCO with al1 preset

I wanted to include the recipe that inspired mine, in the video she uses few more nuts and maple syrup instead of honey.

Love,
