Happy International Women’s Day to all the lovely ladies!
Woohoo it’s Friday and my strict, intense jump-start to a Mindful March is overrrr! I just wanted to quickly jump on here and give you all a little update!
I spent the last week, eating as clean as possible, not drinking alcohol, not eating meat or bread! I have to admit, although there were times that I just wanted to eat a pizza or a burger, I stayed true to my goals and I feel AMAZING! (I’m kind of excited to start adding those things back into my diet, in moderation of course)
I feel less bloated and blah. I have more energy and I feel like both my hair and skin look great. Most importantly, I have a mindset that I approve of. Inside and out I feel great & I am excited to continue with the rest of my March mini goals of creating healthy habits.
This weekend, I will be taking a mini road trip to Portland, ME so stay tuned for a travel update (if you can’t wait for the update, follow my adventures over on Instagram. I update that more frequently with stories and posts)!
