It was a snowy Monday morning here in Massachusetts, which means a work from home day for me! I am not going to lie, I love a good work from home day. I can wake up a little later and take my time enjoying coffee, writing, catching up on a show or working out before even turning on my laptop…or for the new habit creating March..sipping on some warm lemon water before diving into the day.
If you’ve been following my Mindful March, I am on day 4 of 8 in my jump start! The purpose of the little jump start was to cleanse myself of some bad habits and kick start into newer better ones.
Day 4 and I feel great already!
