On Monday, I celebrated my birthday and now a day short of a week into this new age I wanted to share some memories from a lovely weekend!
Yes I said weekend because my loved ones sure do know how to make my birthday special and make it last several days. The messages I receive, the FaceTime calls from my nephews, special happy birthday singing via phone calls and the fun moments spent with family and friends had me smiling.
The weekend started a little early with a special movie night out at the park with my nephews. I love being able to spend time like this with them. If you can’t tell from the photos below, the popcorn was a huge hit for the evening.
Friday night, a North End dinner was in need, so some girlfriends and I headed over to Vinoteca di Monica, where the food was to die for, the cake was melt in your mouth good and the girl time was at it’s very best. I highly recommend checking out this restaurant if you ever are in the Boston area.
Saturday, I worked (getting that side hustle on) and then Sunday was a full day of winery fun! The ladies and I headed to our favorite summer spot, The Nashoba Valley Winery. The wine was flowing, the friend time was a blast and per usual we knocked it out of the park with the cheese plate 😉
Monday, was a family day with a early afternoon cookout at my Aunt’s house. I must say the highlight of the day was the cake my sister made for me and the candles my nephews picked out to decorate it (priceless)! Shameless plug for my sister…check out her Cakes by Cait Instagram page here!
