I’ve been back and forth to California several times. But I’ve never been able to have some LA fun, until now! I will admit we were kinda touristy and kinda bravo fanatics visiting of course some of LVP’s restaurants. We started with dinner and drinks in West Hollywood, then woke up and headed to DTLA. There we got some angel wings, had the best Mexican food ever and got lost in The Last Bookstore!
When you think Lisa Vanderpump is as fabulous as I do, you go to her restaurants…
And obviously…SUR was on must visit list as well.
The next day we woke up, took our time getting ready and headed downtown for a quick bit of fun before heading back to Orange County. Our first stop was The Last Bookstore aka wonderland for book lovers.

Made a lunch pit top at BS Taqueira for the absolute best tacos and rice I have ever had.
After lunch, we headed over to the OUE Skyspace to get some great views of LA and earn our wings!
After getting back to Orange County, getting outside into the “wild” was a nice way to spend our recovery day.
