I started a health challenge with a group of friends when the month started. I needed to get my act in gear, tone up and lose this winter weight I gained (ok ok it was like fall weight, but who’s keeping track). I was doing really well until last Sunday when I decided it was a good idea to brunch myself to death & drink beers during the playoff games. I’ve been on a lazy downward spiral since.
So today, I kicked off a one day renewal with Suja! The juices are delish and affordable. Also you are allowed to eat! Suja has a meal plan to follow to help! 🙂
