Whether it be a new city, the middle of nowhere or a scenic drive close to home, I want to see it, do it, live it!
As I get ready to visit Nashville for the first time, I wanted to take a moment and relive my birthday/Labor Day weekend trip to Blythe, CA along the Colorado River.
I’ve been to California a handful of times to visit my best friend and such but this was my first time to anywhere inland of Orange County.
I highly recommend a weekend trip to anywhere along the Colorado river. We were in a community called Lost Lake where we off-roaded to a sandbar to spend the day, cruised around in golf carts, laughed, drank and just truly enjoyed life with my tribe.
Besides being able to see every star in the sky at night, the sandbar was my favorite part. It had such a country music video feel, ahh loved it, take me back.
This 3 hour drive from Orange County was well worth it & i enjoyed everything about the dirty 110 degree air.
