Happy Monday!
Has it has been a while or what? A long freaking while. I feel like I need to re-introduce myself, you can head on over to here to learn a lil bit about me.
I can NOT believe it’s been over a year since I’ve posted. That’s a complete blogger fail.
So much has changed in that “little over a year”….two moves, two deletions of the bumble app, a new demanding (blog will take a back seat) job, new friends, lots of laughs, a lot lot of heart break & a heck of a lot more
Through the entire time one things been missing from my life, writing!
I’ve had a little bit of a rough go of it of late, but with the smell of fall in the air, I decided that it’s time to pick up my pen & old falling apart notebook and just write.
I’ve got lots to share, so I hope you are ready!
Let’s begin!
Saturday, I journeyed a whopping 24 minutes from my house to visit my very first winery.
What I discovered, was a winery is a heck of a lot of fun.
If you ever head over to the Boston area, just about 45 miles outside the city you’ll find this little gem. The Nashoba Valley Winery, nestled on hill overlooking some beautiful foliage, apple orchards and of course rows of grapes, this spot it a must see!
We decided on a tour (12 dollars about 45 minutes long) that included 6 tastings. The tasting was very helpful in deciding what bottles I’d be buying!
There is a restaurant on site, reservations highly recommended. If you don’t feel like spending the cash. Buy some cheeses, breads, crackers or bring your own food to snack on with your bottles of wine at the several picnic tables or on your picnic blanket.
Looks like fun!
