Pumpkin Overload

I made some delish pumpkin muffins & coffee last week and blogged about it on SismanceCity! Here are the recipes! Enjoy!

We have 10 days until Thanksgiving which also means (unofficially of course)only 10 more days to enjoy pumpkin and all things fall. Today, we’ve got a recipes for some absolutely delicious pumpkin muffins and pumpkin coffee. Both can be enjoyed together(for extreme pumpky lovers) or separate and for brekkie or an after dinner desserts.

Pumpkin Coffee


What you need:

  • 1 cup of canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp. of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. of pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp. of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)

What to do:

Brew coffee ( any kind will do), while coffee is brewing, mix all ingredients together in serving pitcher. Pour coffee over mixed ingredients, stir & serve. Just as with regular coffee, you can sweeten or add milks/creams to your individual cup. The coffee will also last a few days in the fridge…
